RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This policy applies to all orders placed on miriam-london.com, operated by Blackmont Group Limited (Hong Kong, Company Registration No. 80999320), trading as Miriam London.
30-DAY RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included.
- Items where hygiene matters must be clean before they are returned.
- Returns are sent to our returns centre in China. Return shipping costs, and any customs or import charges for sending the item to China, are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (see below).
We will check your return within 7 business days of receiving it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you giving us proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact us first by email at info@miriam-london.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if it is damaged or faulty
- Your full name and address
We will reply to confirm your return and give you the reference to write on the parcel. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, and never send a return to the sender address shown on the parcel, as we cannot match it to your order.

Returning a parcel to China may involve international shipping costs and import duties in China. Please check these with your carrier before sending, so there are no unexpected charges.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing info@miriam-london.com. We dispatch orders every 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel cannot be stopped, but you can still cancel under your right of withdrawal below.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, tell us with a clear statement, for example an email to info@miriam-london.com. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you giving us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including any customs or import charges.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a video of the problem. You can choose a full refund or a free replacement. You will not pay any return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items: if we need the item back, we will cover the return shipping and any import charges.
If a fault appears later, within 6 months of delivery, we will offer a repair or a replacement, and a refund if neither is possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
POST-PURCHASE OFFERS
After completing your order, you may be shown a special optional offer. This offer is entirely voluntary and represents a separate, new purchase.
By accepting this offer by clicking the "Pay Now" button, you agree that a new, separate payment in the amount of the stated price will be charged to your payment card. This payment will appear as a separate transaction on your bank statement.
If you do not wish to accept the offer, click "Decline this offer" — your original order will not be affected in any way.
Post-purchase offers are subject to the same return policy as regular orders, i.e. 30 days from delivery under the conditions stated above.
